During this third, in-person Mentor Masterclass, we will focus on how you can support your mentee with the challenges they face with setting a strategic approach to their marketing, including applying the VIRO framework.

As your mentees progress through the Help to Grow: Management Course they build their knowledge of markets and customer needs, this enables them to take the necessary steps to start putting in place a strategic approach to their marketing.

This masterclass, facilitated by experienced business mentor Emma Ellse, will focus on how you can support your mentee with the challenges they face with setting a strategic approach to their marketing including applying segmentation and positioning frameworks, analysing the 4P's and reflecting on their communication strategy.

We will discuss questions that will support your mentee in analysing the value that they deliver for their customers and where they could bring improvements. Supported in a peer learning environment we will focus on developing mentoring skills, building confidence and providing a supported approach to mentoring sessions.

What you can expect:

  • Gain insights into applying frameworks to help support strategic marketing development
  • Collaborate with peers to explore key questions and challenges in strategic marketing planning
  • Support mentees in analysing the value they deliver to customers and identifying areas for improvement
