Coaching and mentoring conversations can be sensitive and complex interactions. Despite our best preparation and anticipation, it is almost inevitable that sometimes, things don't go to plan.

But these moments can also be our greatest learning opportunities – once we have had a chance to reflect!

In this discussion, Chris​ will share some of his 'learning opportunities', inviting others to share their experiences.

We will then seek to draw some guidance for all of us as we seek to grow and enhance our skills.
