During this first workshop of our new Mentor Masterclass series, we will explore how to support mentees to embrace the opportunities of digitalisation and understand the potential the data within their businesses has to help them achieve productivity gains and competitive advantage.

This series of Mentor Masterclasses will grow your skills and confidence to mentor around four popular challenge areas facing mentees' businesses from the Help to Grow: Management Course: Digital Transformation, Developing a Marketing Strategy, High-Performance Workplace, Implementing Growth Plans.

This first Mentor Masterclass session, led by experienced business mentor Emma Ellse, will focus on how to support your mentee in evaluating their organisation's digital transformation readiness indicators against their business functions.

You will develop questions to help your mentee analyse the digital skills and resources required in their business, and consider the risks associated with implementing and working within a digitised environment.

You'll work in a peer-supported environment to develop mentoring skills and confidence that will help your mentee identify issues, priorities and develop their business action plans.
