By this point in the course, mentees have explored how fostering an innovative culture, defining values and defining a strong sense of purpose can help them to embrace a strong sense of purpose, enhance employee engagement and shape organisational leadership.


This masterclass, facilitated by experienced business mentor Emma Ellse, will equip you with the skills and confidence to facilitate reflective practice in your mentee, enabling them to identify factors impacting engagement and to access their leadership impact on growth.

What to expect:

  • Explore key elements driving business growth, as highlighted in the ninth module of the Help to Grow: Management Course
  • Determine appropriate questions to examine the Impact of innovation culture, values and purpose on employee engagement and organisational leadership
  • Discuss tools and strategies to equip mentoring sessions focused on fostering reflective practice in your mentee
  • Create action plans for mentoring sessions to guide your mentee in assessing their leadership style(s).
